The Urban community has traditionally been an underserved market in good times and now that we are experiencing recessional cutbacks, company downsizing and closure of established businesses, it is imperative that we better equip our community. To address these impending concerns, Recycling Black Dollars (RBD) has implemented a series of ongoing workshops and educational programs to better serve our community.

WORKPLACE READINESS TRAINING PROGRAM
Recycling Black Dollars (RBD) will host a 12-week Workplace Readiness Training program designed for high school seniors and young adults to better prepare them with the critical skills essentials for finding employment. The training program will address areas of weakness such as communications, problem solving and critical thinking, business and organization systems, leadership, management and teamwork and employability and career development. In addition, interactive programs to enhance strong work ethics, positive attitude and team building skills. WRT dates TBA.
